With the rapid development of China’s economy, the number of cars has climbed sharply. Users need real-time information that parking, car dealership, car wash and vehicle violation query service information. With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, it is possible that the user can easily obtain the information. The characteristics of mobile Internet: a wide variety of terminals, the system software is complex, the mainstream system is Android and iOS. Its information service needs to obtain from the server, so it is very important for the establishment of the server to provide data services for all kinds of mobile terminals. This paper designed a vehicle information service platform to provide different terminals with vehicle information service.The main work of this paper is as follows:1、This paper introduces the development and research status of the open platform, analyzes the needs of the vehicle information service. It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing vehicle information service platform.2、This paper introduces the MVC model and the mainstream of the J2 EE lightweight framework: Struts, Spring, Hibernate and MyBatis. Comparing and analysing the different of web services framework: the RPC and RESTful web services framework.3、The function design of the system is carried out in this paper for system requirements. This paper uses the Spring + MyBatis development framework, which ensure the system scalability, maintainability and reduce the development difficulty. This paper uses the RESTful style and JSON format-packaging interface, which ensure the better use of system resources.4、The vehicle service information system functional and pressure are tested, and the testing results are analyzed and concluded. The results of test show that the mobile terminal can use all the service functions of the traffic information service platform and the system response time is consistent with the objectives of design.
