VSAT System 1.2 Meters Ku Terminal Station Antenna Subsystem Design And Development

With the progress of domestic science and technology,satellite communication technology from the last century to now has made great progress in our country,the VSAT communication technology development in the 1980 s the little earth station antenna,with intelligent,low cost,compact structure,easy installation,etc.To consider environmental factors is not high,the multi-point synchronous communication,is now widely used in the network communication system in a wide range of industries,the advantages of the Ku band based on VSAT communication system,this paper studies the VSAT system 1.2 meters Ku end station antenna subsystem,this paper briefly describes the design research process,through the research to promote the VAST of application research of satellite communication system,forming industry management features.Firstly,the design principle of the system is given and the design basis,the main functions of the system and the performance index,determined the day the system is mainly composed of feed subsystem and subsystem of antenna structure,the working principle of the system are given,on the day feed subsystem and the design of the antenna structure subsystem in detail,explains the main technical indicators to estimate.Second,antenna subsystem was tested,and gives the index of the antenna aperture antenna,feed network,standing wave ratio,insertion loss,sending and receiving port isolation degree,accept the performance of antenna,the antenna noise temperature,the antenna gain and antenna polarization diagram of the isolation degree index of test requirements,test,test methods,the test result is obtained,the test results meet the technical requirements.Finally,1.2 meters Ku end station antenna subsystem of VSAT system installation and maintenance instructions,analyses the characteristics of antenna system,antenna system structure is given,and the antenna system main components of the installation process has carried on the detailed instructions,installation schematic diagram,and illustrates the process of antenna system maintenance.The main parts of the antenna are estimated by the whole study of the antenna subsystem of the 1.2 m Ku terminal station of VSAT system.Through the design and test results,indicating our country construction Ku band VSAT satellite communications system has significant advantages,promote the VAST application of satellite communication system research,improve equipment application and maintenance ability,forming antenna systems industry management features.
