Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Installation And Maintenance Based On Communication Terminal

As telecom market competition intensifies,the competition between operators evolved into a competitive about service gradually.The quality of work on network operation and maintenance has always been an important indicator that reflects the level of service operators.Therefore,the communications industry is an urgent need for a complete management system that can ensure the quality of its service now.The research topic cooperating with the corresponding business,improve the management system of installation and maintenance based on communication terminal.In this paper,main line is the design and development process of installation and maintenance management system based on communication terminal,using B/S three-tier structure model,using JAVA and SQLServer relational database to develop.The installation and maintenance management system based on communication terminal is divided into two terminals of cell phone and platform.The platform can offer the electronic information processing to the receiving?order and dispatching list,present the location and work of engineer intuitively.Engineers can process and check the work orders by the terminal of cell phone,that is convenient to move work orders to cell phone.The terminal of cell phone can realize the 24 hours a day pocket office whenever and wherever possible.The system has been using in telecom company,improving the delaying owing to the installation,maintenance and management of net network.The researching achieves the continuing of electronic work order,flexible scheduling,ensuring the timeliness of construction and processing disorders,the real-time of receipt.The researching forms a systematic management on materials,to enhancing the efficiency of installation and maintenance.
