The Ship Carries VSAT Monitoring Platform Running State Subsystem

In the "13th Five-Year Plan" of National Marine Economic Development,it is stressed that by 2020 China's ability to regulate and provide public services to the marine economy will be further enhanced and a new marine development pattern that achieves the co-ordination between land and ocean and the harmony between ocean and human will be formed.In particular,the Plan emphasizes the popularization of the application of "Internet +" in marine agriculture.Therefore,setting up a satellite communication system and network is an important way to provide an Internet platform and solve the inter-sea-land exchange,which is also crucial for the development of marine agriculture.VSAT communication system with high reliability,flexibility,ease of use,can be installed directly on the client and so on,and be able to get rid of the issue of long-distance communications ground interruption station.The establishment of a VSAT maritime communications system has not only solved the security issue,but has also led to revolutionary changes in life,homework and business models.Therefore,in order to realize the requirement of monitoring the performance of on-board VSAT terminal,this paper designs and realizes the on-board VSAT terminal operation status monitoring subsystem.The running status subsystem analyzes the terminal in the abnormal running state through the terminal curve,history track,terminal position and other information in the terminal performance monitoring and timely sends the analysis result to the maintenance personnel to realize the real-time monitoring of the running status of the terminal.The netty programming framework,java,javascript,websocket,protocalbuffer,html5,CSS,Google Maps API methods and other related technologies are integratedly used in the realization of this subsystem.The paper unfolds as the following.Firstly,the necessary demand analysis of the operational subsystem of VSAT monitoring platform is introduced.Secondly,the overall functions of the system and the system modules are described,and the construction of the system database and the development of the operation state subsystem are completed.Finally,the operation and application of subsystem are realized.
