Since China Mobile Tietong officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile,Tietong has been committed to the professional integration of operation,installation and maintenance.Heilongjiang Tie Tong company undertakes the installation and maintenance of 90% broadband users of Heilongjiang Mobile Company.With the increase of broadband users year by year,the workload of installation and maintenance personnel is becoming increasingly heavy.How to establish an intelligent and efficient home broadband handheld operation and maintenance management system,so as to further optimize the home broadband port resource allocation,standardize the installation and maintenance workflow,and improve the installation and maintenance work flow The efficiency of fault maintenance has become an urgent problem to be solved in China Mobile Railcom.At present,the installation and maintenance personnel manually record the installation port account every day and receive the paper installation and repair work order from the support service center.A lot of time is wasted in the resource port record and receipt management,resulting in the low efficiency of the installation and maintenance work.If the port record is wrong or not updated in time,it will lead to the installation overtime and the customer service satisfaction is difficult to improve.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a family broadband handheld operation and maintenance management system based on PPPo E + port positioning technology,which provides a set of intelligent,efficient and simple and practical solution for the installation and maintenance personnel of Tie Tong company.The broadband port information authentication message on the user side is transmitted upward from the access device to the convergence layer device.The radius device identifies and extracts the port information,so as to realize the accurate positioning of the broadband port.In order to improve customer perception,the Qo E model of customer perception system is constructed.Using the accurate port information of PPPo E + positioning,the mobile terminal intelligent installation and maintenance system used by installation and maintenance personnel is designed.The system supports the business opening of home broadband,home broadband port resource management and real-time query,customer complaint and fault closed-loop processing,alarm monitoring and fault handling,installation and maintenance control and reporting Table view and other six functional applications.
