China is transforming,and the automatic pipelining technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used in large and medium-sized enterprises.Automatic assembly line replace hand operation,and the automation of production process is realized through the coordination of various stations.Thus,the manpower cost is reduced,the production efficiency is improved and the quality of the product is guaranteed.At the same time,higher requirements were raised to the operator.In order to train advanced technology application talents for production,construction,management and service,we developed an automated pipeline training system based on SIEMENS S7-200 PLC.Automatic line training system by feeding test,handling,stamping,sorting,sorting,handling conveyor handling installation and assembly installation and classification of storage of eight workstations,each workstation of the configuration of a PLC control requirements,each workstation used RS232 serial communication mode for data transmission.In the end,configuration technology is used to configure the manipulator field.The whole automation pipeline training system integrates sensor detection,electrical control,pneumatic control,configuration and touch screen technology,and so on,and is designed to be close to the actual production of enterprises.The design of automated assembly line training system can be divided into four levels,first of all,the design of hardware.It includes the composition and function of each workstation of automatic assembly line.And then the design of the software.It includes the analysis of the control requirements,the distribution of the input and output ports,the external wiring and the design of the ladder diagram.Secondly,the scene configuration of the touch screen is completed.Finally,the system debugging is carried out,and the operation effect is good.
