Automated assembly line production process cumbersome and complex,in order to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline,the need for a reasonable design scheme.The whole production line,the need to consider the placement of processing equipment,each device running speed,the whole production line.Unreasonable assembly line design can cause the collision between the processing equipment,the workpiece to be processed,the damage of the workpiece and equipment.Users to design out line,often after the purchased equipment,layout of the working bench,put into production operation found problems and loopholes,not able to determine in advance the pipeline rationality,causing unnecessary economic losses.So before the pipeline is put into use,the need for a platform for simulation design of pipeline in advance.In view of this problem,this paper studies the working process of the assembly line,kinematics theory,Studio Visual development environment and OpenGL simulation technology,and puts forward the design of automated assembly line simulation platform.The through integrated a complete set of tools and languages of the visual studio integrated development environment,automated assembly line simulation platform for human-computer interaction interface were reasonable design,in order to meet the user through the interface input parameters the machine model of machining simulation apparatus for effective control of demand.On this basis,the use of OpenGL powerful graphics library,the function call instruction,set up machine model in the pipeline simulation platform,simulation processing equipment.Through the research on kinematics theory,by using the D-H parameter method,a detailed analysis of the establishment of the rotation angle in the study of the model of the machine coordinate system,the solving process,the movement process of processing equipment in the interface of the simulation.Through control of machine model,each exercise time interval and velocity of movement to coordinate multi robot motion and provide the reasonable space,speed of movement and model parameter information to users,as a reference for the design of pipeline.This paper completed the automated assembly line simulation platform interface design,3D modeling,kinematics simulation and multi machine model of coordinationbetween the works.Pipelined machine conflict,the D-H method is forward and inverse solution process,using visual studio,OpenGL,in the pipeline simulation platform to achieve the user's design,visualization of the machine generated model and motion simulation analysis are introduced in detail.The simulation results show the feasibility of the user's design scheme,the design flaws are exposed in time,and the design scheme is optimized.
