Design And Implementation Of Management Information Publishing Platform In Yongqing Primary School

The management of the primary and middle schools has been one of the social issues of common concern.With the rapid development of hardware and software technology of computer and mobile phone.It is the traditional way of management or similar simple information management system software can better adapt to the management needs of primary and secondary schools.In this regard,this thesis adopts the computer network and the mobile phone mobile terminal of the hardware platform.JAVA and Eclipse are used in the web site.The database is designed by SQL2010,and the database table is designed through the analysis of ER diagram.The school in the form of a web page as a control background,receiving,sorting,storage and release data;and parents and teachers by the mobile phone as the mobile terminal information view and confirmation.The software function and work content: combined with management of Yongqing daily primary school and learning,school students and parents to develop interactive communication platform,the establishment and maintenance of the parent mail list,the completion of public examination results and homework,release all kinds of notices,public school fees and payment statistics of students.In addition,the platform also provides the functions of the clients on the clients' online query,attendance checking,information acquisition and so on.The web interface in the management information publishing platform of Yongqing primary school,including the front desk module and the backstage module.The front module focuses on release management information,including notification of release management,release management,operation management and payment class circle release release management;the backstage module focuses on data storage and sorting,including mail list management,curriculum management and system management.In order to reduce the burden of the network,data compression and custom communication protocols are implemented based on the XML file format,and the test is successful.The research and implementation of software platform,can be used as the most effective communication tools of school leaders,teachers,students and parents,through standardized management processes,improve teaching quality,reduce management costs,but also to help students improve learning autonomy to develop the good habit of honesty.In a word,it is not only a set of effective information management software platform,but also an application tool to enrich the communication and management mode of primary school.
