The Design And Implementation Of Teacher Training Management System For Yan Tai Primary And Secondary School

Since the ancient times our country has been paying attention to education development, and the development of education quality directly affects the student’s future generation even more generations in China. Therefore, the administrative department of education in Yantai pays special attention to training for teachers, and it is very important to improve the overall quality of the city’s primary and secondary school teachers. But due to the traditional way of teacher training, it is not only limited geographically, but also limited timely, in addition, each teacher can only training single subject at the same time at the same place, which lead to the low efficiency. On this basis, Yantai designed and developed a set of primary and secondary school teachers training management system for this city to change this situation.The primary and second school teachers training management system made analysis in the respect of the introduction, the functional requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, and the final outlook five parts. In the early period of the system, this paper analyzed and discussed the actual situation of primary and secondary school teachers, including the professional level of teachers, lack of discipline and so on, then divided the system into the functional framework according to the demand, and designed the technology based on B/S framework and used the JAVA language as well as struts 2 technical framework to complete the functional requirements of the system.The primary and secondary school teachers training management system for Yantai accomplished four functions, which are basic information management, continuing education management, system management and teachers’ account function. The basic information management functions mainly implements the adding, querying, export and statistic to teachers and school information. The continuing education management function mainly achieves the management of the training program, including adding, querying the projects and register set, number statistics and training mode management. The system management functions mainly realizes the training organization management, administrator management at all levels of qualification, operation log, system inform and so on. The teachers account function main realizes the view of personal information and personal credit.The primary and secondary school teachers training management system for Yantai has been tested after its successful application, and the primary and secondary school teachers can operate the remote application, subject training basing on this system. And the system has a certain resistance to pressure after a large amount of data testing.
