The Primary And Secondary School Student Status Management System Based On Liferay

Student information management is very important data resource of schoolsand the student information management is a necessary part of the managementsystems of educational institution. The student information includes large amount ofdata, many people and updation, so it is complex and difficult to simply rely onmanual management. In addition, the traditional manual management mode is noteasy to be standardized and the management efficiency is not high. At present, quitea lot of studen information management also remains on the basis of paper in theprimary schools and middle schools. Such management mechanism will waste a lotof manpower and material resources and can not meet the requirement fordevelopment of society. With the continuous improvement of science and technology,maturity of computer science and technology, computer application has entered thehuman society and plays a more and more important role in all areas of life. Thetraditional manual management mode must be replaced by the informationmanagement method based on computer.In this thesis, the specific requirements of the management system of primaryand secondary schools are analyzed. Based on the the architecture platform of J2EEsystem, a set of high scalability of system development framework are establishedby using Struts2, Spring3, Hibernate3multilayer framework technologies. Aninformation management system for primary and secondary schools is constructedbased on J2EE triple-layer construction by using the JSP dynamic webpage anddatabase technologies. The system consists of six function modules, includingsystem management module, basic settings module, student informationmanagement module, daily management module, integrated query and student statusreport. In this work, the management system developed by myself and its basicsettings are analyzed and realized by the database to achieve unified usermanagement and provide basic data for the student status management as well as thestudent basic information management. This makes the school to better understandand analyze the learning situation of students. By means of this management system one can complete the student management conveniently and accurately.Primary and secondary school management platform mainly provides overallsystem control, including daily management, student management, studentenrollment management, and statistical analysis business management. The studentstatus management system is used mainly for school administrators.Primary and secondary school management systems basically meet the needsfor the school student information management with the user friendly interface,convenient operation, relative intelligence and high practical value. The system iscloser to the electronic information processing, thereby reducing the labor cost, andincrease the information processing accuracy, high efficiency, economy andstandardization.
