The Design And Implementation Of Primary And Secondary School Security Management System

“If children's lives cannot be protected, how can we talk about education?” The security situation in the schools is becoming more complex and severe, school safety issues have been risen to a national high degree. The safety management in schools has directly impacted the social stability and harmony. At the same time, with the development of information technology,it has been applied to all areas and aspects in social and management activities. So school safety management with traditional methods and modes is being challenged.The main problem of the current safety management in schools is that there are too much different management, which are from different government departments, on school safety management and supervision of the process. However, they lack of convenient exchange of information during the departments, and their resources cannot be shared, so the working efficiency is relatively low. Using paper media form on various reports and accountings from all level leads to slow circulation and difficult to preserve documents, as well as the problems of slow transmission of security information and its narrow coverage. So the rapid reaction capability of dealing with security incidents on campus is not strong enough. In this context, it has great practical significance on how to apply information technology to the management of school safety, effectively improving the quality and efficiency to the school safety management, for better protecting of students and teachers.Based on the background above, after the thesis and the current situation of university security management analyzed, and learning the current popular software development technology, I decided to take advantages of information technology to manage the security of schools and build a set of security information management platform, in addition, using a scientific method to manage the security of schools.The system was developped on.net platform, the development mode is the MVC model, database is SQL Server database, and development language is the C# language. The system based on MVC mode is easy to get extension or modfication, the three-layer-architecture system also has strong portability, useing the C# object-oriented language can build a system efficiently. By using these technologies that introduced above I built a security information management system which is easy to use. The system is multifunctional, it includes basic information maintenance, information collecting, vistiors management,information query, user authorization management, dangerous person information recording, data backup and recovering, list importing, SMS sending and remote upgrading, etc.Schools security affairs management information system can record and tracking some of the key areas on campus safety information using the information technology and network communication technology, etc. In addition, this system enables people's understanding of the status of the corresponding regional security through recorded data. So that when accident happened,this system can provide information support for the processing of the accident in time. It can also work on schools security deployment based on comprehensive information record, so that the schools can manage security affairs orderly and effectively, promoting the comprehensive development of schools security management.
