Design And Implementation Of Primary And Secondary School Teacher Training Management System Based On DSH

Primary school is an important stage of forming the mind,the teacher to the student during the period of mental far-reaching,so elementary school teacher's charge is very important learning and training.Various types of resources and training,in order to timely and efficient training,planning and management is very necessary,and information technology helps the teacher training program to develop and promote the efficiency of management.This paper studies the information management of primary school teachers training,design and development of a primary and secondary school teachers training management system based on DSH.First,the thorough research and analysis of existing primary school teacher training business process,to optimize the improvement.According to the business process and user requirements,gives a detailed requirements analysis,and concluded the main functions of the system should have: curriculum management,application management,teacher management,training management,test management and performance management.Considering the school teacher is more,the actual when using a number of teachers may access the system at the same time,so the performance of the system to achieve: meet the need of more than 200 concurrent,the average response time is within 3 s,the CPU usage is below 35%.Secondly,considering the safety,compatibility and expansibility,overall system adopts B/S structure,logically divided into the presentation layer,business logic layer and data access layer three layers.The database design quality directly affect the efficiency of data retrieval,database design follow the design principle of the third paradigm.Tools have many choices of development management system,for the sake of the system has good performance,cross-platform we choose JavaEE development platform,DSH development architecture and Oracle database technology development of primary and secondary school teachers training system.Third,using the Java programming language for the system implementation,given the operation of the typical functional module is introduced,and after implementation of the system to deploy to the actual application environment,let users to participate in the system test,writing test cases,execute test scripts,recording and tracking node,to improve the system,to ensure that the system can long-term and stable operation.After completion of system development,we use a certain number of instances were tested,we will further improve the system.The current primary and secondary school teachers training management system has been put into use within a primary school,teachers through the use of the system,is generally reaction can learn more knowledge,professional ability of the teachers' teaching have more training opportunities,facilitate communication between teachers.System can also to unified management of the research achievements of teachers,provide responsibility.it fair,transparent and reliable basis.
