The eight short wave transmitters of the Inner Mongolia shortwave center run 19 hours a day,the holidays are not rest,the workload is heavy,and The traditional inspection method with regular inspection was still used,and the operation efficiency is low.In order to improve the monitoring of short wave transmitters and to better find faults and repair in the five minute gold time of the fault,the design of a monitoring software suitable for Inner Mongolia shortwave center becomes an urgent need.In the design,corresponding design and planning should be carried out according to the actual situation of the short-wave Center in Inner Mongolia.In particular,attention should be paid to the real-time nature of information transmission in the design,and the compatibility of the machine interface must be ensured.This design is based on the Web intelligent short wave transmitter monitoring software design and implementation,in the design process used a lot of related technologies,this design is based on the WEB framework to achieve,the design abandoned the former C/S two layer system mode,the use of more advanced B/S/D three layer mode.In compilation aspect,we choose highly reliable NETBEANS as compiler,according to the actual needs of the short wave center,the whole monitoring system is divided into six functional modules: user account login,user account management,monitoring and display management,maintenance assignment management,scheme management,and alarm settings.After completing the design of each module,the six modules are organically integrated to achieve the overall design.At the end of the paper,it verifies the operability and overall operability of each module,and all indicators meet the requirements.
