With the improvement of broadcast technology,digitization,the advancement of network,the majority of users of the radio and television reception requirements also more and more high,this to our work in a line of wireless workers added more workload and work tasks.The DF500 A 500KW short-wave transmitter,as the first batch of domestic short-wave transmitter,has many shortcomings due to the lack of technology and experience,and a series of problems are still to be solved.Such as transmitter tuned frequency motor manual open and rearrangement of the intelligent questions,because of the the complexity of the work environment and work long timeliness,lead to the problem of man-made wrong operation,stop the non intelligent transmitter produce substandard sowing accident problem and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to develop and research the remote quality monitoring and guarantee system of transmitter.The monitoring system designed in this paper consists of two parts: monitoring and control.A complex programmable logic device(CPLD)is responsible for logical order control,which is the monitoring part.The ARM is responsible for the auto-tuning part,which is the control part.According to the intelligentized demand,the principle of rf system of short-wave transmitter is referenced,and the design of monitoring and automatic tuning and workflow design are completed.The design and implementation of the peripheral circuit and components,board card,hardware platform and other work.Through the analysis of system test and experiment results,this method has achieved the design goal and can realize the monitoring and automatic tuning process of the transmitter.The implementation of remote monitoring quality guarantee system,will greatly reduce the workload of the personnel on duty,hard work,from mechanical to improve service quality,reduce the stop bad accidents,someone will eventually realize unattended unmanned working mode.
