At present, Inner Mongolia 938 Press and Publication Bureau has nine PSM SW-50B shortwave transmitter equipment in total, among which there are six continuously broadcast over 18 hours per day. Accounting for the the large equipment, complex instruction, important tasks, heavy workload, short maintaining time and other reasons, a lot of manpower and resources are required to inspect records. It has become an inevitable trend to design a complete monitoring automation system to monitor data, give an alarm of faults, record data, maintain and manage system.Based on the technical characteristics of our station transmitters, embedding controllers collecting data, accessing to the server by running the database management system is practical. Building system by using SSH mode, the server program runs to connect data and according to user’s requirements to realize the functions of data saving, querying, and modifying. The user’s browser displays according to servers and user’s data requests.The purpose of this paper is to set achievable function, divide system modules, compile hardware and software solutions correspondingly to achieve control automation based on the staff transmitter’s monitoring data and fault alarm records.The achievement of the shortwave transmitter monitoring automation system can reduce the amount of labor, promote the development of our station broadcasting equipment emission technologies, realizing intelligent, network-based, remote management, and greatly meet the security broadcast general policy "uninterrupted, high-quality, economical, and safe."...
