The 62 decree of State Administration of Radio,Film and Television offer a proposal:Operation and management of broadcasting technical system must be follow the following order-Monitoring and watching the signal of key broadcast link,monitoring equipment running state,timely discovery and disposal of broadcast failure.The traditional radio station control is taken in accordance with manually turn on or turn off broadcast transmitter according to time schedule,manually switch to standby transmitter when a fault occurs.Staff real-time monitoring,patrol on time,manually record transmitter data,manually record any act of transmitter,manually record any fault of transmitter.With the development of broadcast information and Increase of broadcast equipment,the traditional way shows that the efficiency is low,and there are many man-made accidents,which can not meet the needs of the development of broadcasting.Therefore,starting from the actual needs,combined with the work of broadcasting stations,the control and monitoring system of broadcast transmitter is designed.The system is based on the C/S architecture to build the control and monitoring system of broadcast transmitter.The control part adopts two control links.First,using self-made PLC control box to achieve the automatic start,automatic shutdown,switch to standby transmitter;Second,monitoring computer using transmitter serial communication protocol to achieve the automatic start,automatic shutdown,switch to standby transmitter.In the monitoring part,the transmitter serial communication protocol is used to complete the data acquisition of the transmitter and the coaxial switch;the monitor computer can display the current operation data of the transmitter in real time through the monitoring software,and can query the historical data.When the transmitter monitoring system finds an abnormal state,the alarm is sent by the hardware alarm and the software.With the completion of the control and monitoring system,all transmitters of a radio and television transmitting station at different locations can be monitored and controlled in real time.In the process of development,it has been tested on the basis of the control,and found problems in the optimization and control,so that the control and monitoring system can achieve the desired results,in line with the actual work requirements.The system is based on practical work,the system has been applied to 99Mhz and 101.7Mhz of Yunnan radio and television station.The system has the following characteristics:the fault response in time,quickly switch to standby equipment,transmitter data record is complete,greatly simplifying the workload.The application of control and monitoring system improve the safety and reliability of the transmitter operation,greatly reducing the rate of broadcast transmitter failure.The system can be used as a reference for the development of the control and monitoring system of radio and TV stations.
