It is known that the 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy.The development of informationization,digitization and networking,not just changes our life,but also the way of work and study.University libraries are defined as one of teaching and scientific research's three backbones.As continuous progress of computer technology,multimedia technology and modern information science,wide application of internet and production of all kinds of electronic books as well as emergence of the digital library,the management mode and management methods and other aspects of university libraries must be adjusted accordingly to meet teachers and students' demand of information in universities.Facing teachers and students' need of knowledge and information professionalization,personalization and diversification,university libraries must scientifically and effectively manage,rationally develop and utilize “human”,the dynamic special resource to create the talent team of high quality and compound type.If only human resource is activated,then better serves all the teachers,students and readers.Here deeply analyze and research many ills of the traditional human resource management of the university library,properly introduce the relevant theories of human resource management innovation,refer to the advanced management experience of university libraries at home and abroad,finally discuss the human resource management innovation of university libraries and other a series of problems under the new situation in hope for changing backward situation of human resource management of currently our country university libraries and on management changing attitudes,raising awareness,expelling the ills.Ultimately the university library fully plays important roles in teaching,scientific research and cultural transmission,etc.As a result,it can truly provide services for teachers and students,support a wide stretch of sky for development of the future education career,help to realize maximization of its value.
