Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of our country's economy and society,the construction of social infrastructure continues to speed up,all kinds of construction projects continue to emerge,in promoting the rapid economic development of our country,but also to the industry has brought more intense market competition.In order to keep the competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,many enterprises have to take the means of low-cost competition,improve their success rate in bidding,but this way will undoubtedly reduce the economic benefits of enterprises,affecting the ability of enterprises to make money.In order to ensure their own economic benefits at the same time,improve the competitiveness of market quotation,it is necessary to scientific standardization of internal management methods,improve the ability of enterprises in project management and cost management,and effectively reduce the operating costs of enterprises,and then on the basis of not reducing profits to improve the competitiveness of quotation.In order to achieve this goal,combined with the author's inner Mongolia Xingtai construction group's actual business needs,the development of a suitable for the company's own needs of the project management system has important practical significance.The construction group project management system designed in this thesis is developed by UML modeling Language,MVC architecture,Java language and SQL server 2012 database technology,which can effectively improve the usability and maintainability of the system.By analyzing the characteristics of daily engineering construction project management and the actual needs of the business work of the group company,the system needs analysis is completed from two aspects of functional requirements and non-functional requirements.the whole project management system is divided into four functions: project management,project contract management,project schedule management and project implementation management.through the overall planning of the system,the system framework and logical structure are designed.In the process of analyzing the functional requirements,the use case diagram of the four core functions is designed by using UML modeling method,and the use case explanation is given.The MVC architecture is used to complete the design of the whole system architecture.according to the overall functional structure diagram,the functional structure diagram,workflow diagram,working sequence diagram and class diagram of each functional module are completed.finally,the SQL server 2012 database technology is used to complete the design of the whole system e-r diagram and data information table,and the interface of each functional module is implemented.Through the system function test and performance test results show that the project management system fully meet the current construction group's daily project management needs,the performance indicators meet the requirements,at present,the system is temporarily in the internal test and trial stage,after being put into use,will speed up the pace of information construction of the construction group,comprehensively improve the working ability of all staff,for the company's project management efficiency improvement and project risk and schedule control plays a considerable role in promoting.
