Xingtai Municipal Construction Group CO.,Ltd. is established in 1956, which now is of multiple municipal engineering projects capacity. The construction progress data is an important component of construction quality, which is the original record of construction management, quality control and technical measure. It is an important consideration of engineering receiving inspection. The veracity of construction progress directly reflects the construction management level.Currently, the domestic construction object management level is still poor. In this thesis, I try to analyze the internationalization and informationization trend of our domestic construction object management to conclude the necessity and feasibility of the informationization management of our domestic construction project management, to propose that it is necessary to informationize our construction project management so as to enable the construction technique data to reflect the real project management level.The construction management system is designed in Web-B/S structure, middleware and large data base N layers architecture, which is composed of browser-WEB Server -Application Server- data base Server. The main design feature of this system is distributed application, cross platform, easy maintenance management. It standardizes the construction progress management and material consumption management by informatization method. This system brings out a new construction progress management method, which branched out the construction management and is of a good utility. It will not only help the builder to understand China Construction Program and Construction Policy, but also average up the professional level of construction engineers and technicians. This system is systematic and creative.The ground work in this essay is as below:1. Traditional operation flow demand analysis. There is inevitable a confliction between the traditional operation flow and new technique method. In demand analysis, I try to analyze traditional operation flow with new technical method to bring out more reasonable and better operational program.2. The structured analysis and design. I will analyze technical structure, function structure and dispose structure to analyze and design the system on the whole. 3. Detailing and achievement of the system. Cite the project management and system management subsystem as example, describe all the demand analysis and design achievement.
