With the development of modern industrial technology and the improvement of data storage technology,the data capacity of the data collection system has been greatly improved,and the capacity of data files in the field of storage and testing has also increased.The display,processing and analysis of large-capacity data files have therefore become the focus of storage testing.This paper analyzes and summarizes the two storage test systems by referring to the literature,and by analyzing the vehicle storage test system,the virtual instrument programming language LabVIEW is used as the software development platform,and the software is aimed at the problem of insufficient data processing capacity of the data processing software.Carried out relevant design and research,and realized the overall function of the software.Then the path test method in the "white box test" is used to test the overall logical structure of the large-capacity data processing software and data visualization module based on the virtual instrument technology,and the sample reading module is divided by the equivalent class of "black box test" The function has been tested to achieve the required function.The test results show that the software can meet the current large-capacity data processing requirements,verify the rationality and reliability of the software's overall logical structure and actual functions,and solve the problem of using traditional software to process the current large-capacity data.The problem of poor results in data processing.Finally,after analyzing the current shortage of data processing technology in the storage test system,through the design and research of the large-capacity data processing software,the relevant research summary of the large-capacity data processing technology is summarized: So there is a big improvement,because at this stage,the data reading technology of memory-mapped files is used to read large-capacity data files;the data visualization module proposes another algorithm for regional data analysis algorithms,which can beoptimized Data display and ensure the accuracy of capturing transient data;the interrupt technology controlled by serial communication control is replaced by the multi-thread technology using Microsoft Windows platform,through which the method of sampling and reading of large-capacity data is optimized As a result,when using traditional sampling techniques,the common data loss problem has been significantly improved,and it has been found that the data transmission rate has also been improved,thus meeting the needs of large-capacity data transmission.
