Design And Implementation Of Management System On Electric Power Assets For Anshan Electric Power Company

Nowadays,electric power has been popularized to every one's daily life.The popularization of electric power makes the development of high technology such as computer and AI become possible.In this process,the power assets have become the foundation of the popularization of electricity.The power assets include the power supply equipment,the power measurement equipment and so on.Because of the importance of these assets,all the provinces and cities pay great attention to the management of the power assets.However,in the investigation of Anshan Electric Power Company,it is found that there are still some problems in the management of power assets,such as the inconsistency of management methods and the low efficiency of management.The purpose of this system is to solve the problems of power asset management.Considered the actual work flow and existing problems of Anshan Electric Power Company,we design and implement the management system on electric power assets for Anshan Electric Power Company.The system includes purchase and construction management,monitoring management,maintenance management,disposal management and common information management for the electric power assets.With these functional modules,the system can manage and monitor these assets in the whole life cycle,including assets purchase,construction,monitoring,maintenance and disposal.The system is developed by Java language and JSP technology,managed by SQL Server.The system is running under the support of the Tomcat server and Windows Server server.At the same time,the system uses monitoring technology,Quick Response code technology and serialization technology to improve the functional modules of the system.This paper has conducted the analysis of the system requirements analysis,system design,system development and testing.The whole system can meet the demand of the Anshan Power Company for the management of the power assets.The implementation of the system can not only help the Anshan Electric Power Company to manage the power assets separately and unify,and also improve the efficiency of asset management.These functions have also played a certain role in the protection and the rational use of the state-owned assets in Anshan Power Company.
