The Design And Implementation Of File Management System Of The Electric Power Industry

The development of computer and internet technology, accelerates the network informatization, to document management automation has brought a new challenge and revolution. After decades of development, the electric power enterprise in the process of production has been largely automated processes, but the corresponding archives management isn’t real informatization, didn’t get the real document resources sharing, file management use the traditional way of archives management is inefficiency, needs to be improved.In this paper, the electric power industry of the archives management of the business process are analyzed in detail. To deal with file management system of the electric power industry for electronic document management difficulties, permissions management all the characteristics of a flexible, document type is not unified, sets up a file management system of the electric power industry, and implement the digital and networking management of archives management.In business aspect, this paper deeply discusses and analysis the process of the permission management and service customization. And finally flexible permission management and configurable service customization have been designed to adapt the development of the enterprise in the future.In this paper, the file management system for the modular design of the electric power industry, the main module includes: collect the BGF, file query, development and utilization, rights management, and offline document storage tools etc. Offline document storage tool can make the staff in the case of not connected to the Internet, to file editor entry storage, etcThis system is divided into Web applications and the support part. The part of Web application is based on J2 EE platform development, using the multi-layer software structure, through the Web presentation layer implements the application system user interface, business logic layer and data processing is adopted to realize basic services and the business logic of the application system, through the data storage layer implements centralized storage of data and data structure of unity. Between the levels, adopts XML as a data interface standards, Web Service standard as a basic Service standard and standard of data interface. Supporting part adopts C/S architecture, main functions including data conversion, batch articulated, cd-rom production, and used in single environment engineering files offline entry software, etcAt present, the archives management system has been stable, basically completed the expected tasks of system.
