| Along with the increasingly developed information technology,using information technology to change the current work style and improve work efficiency has become an indisputable fact.Almost all walks of life can not leave internet for study and production.If the enterprise utilize internet recruit way to hire employee,it can save much manpower of personnel department and can get very good effect on recruitment.In the past,applicants must deliver their papery resume to enterprise,and then the enterprise will organize them participate examine.This traditional recruitment examine way is very low and it has been unable to adapt to the current information society.The dissertation designed a Urumqi bank recruitment examination management system based on B/S model,which is accord with the characteristics of invite examine management in Urumqi bank.In the data management,the dissertation selects the SQL Server 2008 enterprise version.It uses J2 EE technology,SSH frame technology and MVC design model to implement bank invite examine management system.The dissertation first expounds the significance and background of why develop this Urumqi invite examine management system.Then,it analysis system requirement for resume management,examine management,grade management and basic data management through function use case,DFD flow diagram.After complete system requirement analysis,it designs the system using function module analysis,E-R diagram,flow diagram and the databases table structure.Finally,it introduces the implementation of Urumqi bank internet hiring and examination management system using system interface,code and program flow diagram.At the same time,the dissertation introduces the testing of this system.After the trial running of Urumqi hiring and examination management system,the using of the system not only reduces the intensity of the work of personnel management department,but also improves the overall bank reputation and images from the using effect. |
