In the information age, information dissemination is no longer bound by geographical, physical conditions. Information on the internet with fast spread, wide range and audience, thus lead to more and more information on the internet. Many companies have established an online human resources management system, and for recruitment, a fully functional recruitment system is also very necessary.Currently in recruitment, major internet companies have set up their own recruitment management system, first of all because the company's recruitment system can improve the efficiency of recruitment. Another reason is due to the company's own technology. For large companies in other traditional industries, recruitment often comes from job sites. And the enterprise recruitment data privacy and security is a threat. The main work of this paper is to design and implement an on-line recruitment management system for A Group to meet the demand of recruitment management. Through the design of function modules such as resume management, notification management, Data management for the entire recruitment process of information and networking.This paper investigates the need of A Group's on its own recruitment management system. We summarize the current advantages and disadvantages of recruitment management and recruitment site, using B/S structure, to design and implement a system includes CV management, recruitment positions management, interview management, and notification management system itself system management. Firstly, the research background of recruitment management was analyzed. Then a detailed needs analysis and design functions are done for the demand of recruitment management, eventually grouped into five major functional modules. In the system design part, the five main modules are divided into sub-modules for process design, and the entity-relation design and database design are combined with the data structure in the design process. Through the implementation and functionality, performance testing, the system basically meets the need of A Group for recruitment management.
