As the increasing usage of Internet and intelligent mobile terminal(mobile phone and the popularity of tablets),more and more job seekers and enterprise started to choose the way of online recruitment.But with the strong rise of network recruitment by the rapid increase of job seekers,this method led to the explosive growth of the number of resume on recruitment website.The traditional information retrieval based on keyword service meets severe challenges.A specific scenario is that,when user(HR)input position demand,the traditional way of ob matching often return hundreds to thousands of resumes,and users need to pick out the resumes that enterprise need.It will not only consume huge time cost,and will give the user the negative usage experience.Because the recruiter may not have all the posts and the professional knowledge of the different jobs,this may lead to error or too much subjective factors when screening resumes,and this may lead to the result that the person who does not meet requirements got hired and who meets got rejected,such that it will increase the enterprise's recruitment costs and reduce the recruitment efficiency.According to the above problem,this article analyzed the various recruitment system characteristics on the online recruitment scenario,and designed a suitable data storage solution,resume and position data structure and finally implemented the job matching algorithm.In order to achieve this goal,the content of the work of this paper mainly includes the following several aspects:1.Study of the system business process was done for the actual online recruit scenarios;the overall architecture of the entire match platform design results was obtained.2.Author analyzed the characteristics and design constrains of different modules mainly from the information interaction,external use environment,system roles and user experience aspects,and then put forward solutions for data storage of similar system based on open source tools.3.Propose a matching method based on Latent Semantic Analyze(LSA)in online recruitment filed and implement a prototype of this method in the application of this particular scenario.4.Giving a summary of the proposed solution,and then gives the direction of further research and improvement based on relevant literature and the development of the industry trend.Experiments and implementation indicates that the system in this paper is able to support the complex environment of online recruitment.It is a useful solution and has reference value for the construction of job matching filed.
