Research On Internet Public Opinion Based On Internet Hot Issues

With the popularity and development of the internet, people are paying more and more attention to the internet public opinion, and it gradually becomes a new form of public opinion. In past two years, the internet public opinion is developing more quickly, we can obviously feel that it is playing an increasingly important part role in all aspects of social life.This paper is divided into four chapters to analysis the network of public opinion. The first chapter is the network public opinion and the hot events on internet, this chapter contains many representative concept of public opinion and internet public opinion which from domestic and foreign organizations and scholars, and the concept of network public opinion in this paper is defined as the remarks expressed by users on the internet. The hot events on internet in past two years are also discussed in this chapter, the author analyses the type of hot events on internet, and summarizes some features of network hot events in the past two years.Public opinion on internet cannot exist without netizen. Through analyzing report and data, Chapter2summarizes the character of netizen. In the process of developing of public opinion on internet netizen has a very complex psychology. This article shows the psychology of netizen from individuals and groups perspectives, and reveals the psychological reason which causes public opinion on internet.Chapter3expounds the influence of public opinion on internet in the past two years in detail, and from the economic, political, and cultural angle analyzes the deep-seated social reasons which cause public opinion on internet. More specifically, the widening gap between rich and poor existing in the social transition and economic extensive growth under the pressure of GDP are economic reasons. Political reasons are the improvement of citizens’awareness of the democracy and legal system and the reveal of the privilege consciousness that some officials remains. From cultural perspective. Chinese traditional and modem culture undoubtedly has great effects on public opinion on internet.The more prosperous public opinion on internet is, the more meaningful to guide public opinion on internet. Through applying opinion leader, intermediates agenda setting and other communication theories, and thinking from the current situation of public opinion on internet in our country, Chapter4briefly discuss the way to guide public opinion on internet reasonably, specially the way that in the new media environment government, the traditional media and other guide subject make good use of new media is particularly important. Only through maximizing positive effect of public opinion on internet to promote public opinion on internet develops in the right direction, public opinion on internet can be the important force to promote social development and progress.
