The emergence of intelligent flow accumulator makes it possible that source management can realize the goal of automatization and online-measurement of energy consumption.This thesis illustrates the design method and process of intelligent flow accumulator in respect of hardware and software design.The mathematical models set up for flow and heat calculations have been applied in the design work of intelligent flow or heat accumulators. As the key parameters in flow and heat calculations, density (ρ) and enthalpy (h), there is still lack of a definite mathematical model for such parameters' computing method.But how can we get the above parameters, usually we get them by looking up relative tables. Though looking up tables will fast and accurately locate the required value, there is a disadvantage that before you get the value, you must measure all test points to obtain corresponding data. In the "National Standard", the temperature resolution for density and enthalpy is only ρ/1℃ and h/1 ℃.This paper introduces two methods of computing density and enthalpy: combination of "Sectional Average Value" and "Look-up Tables" will improve the temperature resolution to 0.1℃, that is ρ /0.1 ℃ and h/0.1 ℃; "Mathematical Simulation" method will get density and enthalpy value with error less than 0.01%.In addition, this paper not only makes detailed illustration on hardware but also on software design in respect of field anti-jamming performance. Especially in software design, it adopts methods of "Software Trap" and "Sign Position Setting" greatly improving the antijamming capacity of accumulator.
