| In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the social public demand for spiritual culture is also increasing.To better meet people's needs and improve the scientific and cultural qualities of the whole nation,country attaches great importance to carrying out the reading activities.As public service unit of social education and spreading knowledge,the library has become the main land to develop reading promotion service nowadays.Through the variety of reading promotion activities,the library has expanded the service content,improved the popularity and reshaped the image.In the era of Web2.0,emphasis is placed on "user-centered" and "user-generated content".With the increasing range of social forces to participate in,more and more libraries have introduced the crowdsourcing model and achieved good service effect in digital resources construction and digital reference consultation.Library's reading promotion service introduces the crowdsourcing model can bring better reading experience and content for people.Therefore,it is necessary to think about the present situation and provide some advice for the crowdsourcing model application from the library's reading promotion service links.This paper through literature study method,network survey method,case study method,inductive method,on the basis of basic principle and main application of the crowdsourcing model and the library reading promotion service development situation at home and abroad,points out the significance of introducing the crowdsourcing model in library reading promotion service,which mainly includes increasing user engagement,extending service range and enhancing the library stickiness.The second,elaborates the crowdsourcing model application mechanism in the library reading promotion service from the application conditions,principles and practice aspects,and uses some case as study materials,such as Looking for readers,Book Curator of Beijing Normal University Library,Promoting reading with book review of Chongqing University Library,Saving the vanishing classics of Wuhan University Library.Then analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of crowdsourcing model application in library reading promotion service:because of the lack of corresponding flexibility in the management mode,the acceptability of crowdsourcing is low;due to the lack of publicity and promotion,the crowdsourcing application size is small;because of the improper selection,the availability of crowdsourcing platform needs to be improved;due to the lack of the user quality control or the overall supervision of crowdsourcing platform,the quality of crowdsourcing is uneven;because of the imperfect incentive mechanism,the user participation is not sustainable.Finally,aiming at the shortcomings,proposes the optimization strategy for the application of crowdsourcing model in the library reading promotion service,which mainly includes constantly enhancing management ability,increasing propaganda work,reasonably selecting crowdsourcing platform,effectively controlling service quality,improving incentive mechanism,and building crowdsourcing think base. |
