In recent years,with the development of economy and society,the logistics industry is also growing,and its corresponding warehousing system is facing enormous pressure.Warehousing system is one of the important links in modern logistics system.Moisture-proof,anti-corrosion and explosion protection are key tasks of warehousing safety.Storage environment will directly affect product quality and storage safety.Traditional warehousing environment monitoring is mainly through human body perception and viewing related records data,and then according to the results of comparison to regulate the storage environment.In this way,a lot of manpower and material resources are consumed,and there are problems such as incomplete and untimely.In the modern storage system,it is difficult to meet the requirements of the development of the times.In order to ensure the quality of products and storage safety in real time and to minimize the loss and save the cost,the sensitive parameters such as temperature,humidity,ethylene concentration,CO2 concentration,and the smoke concentration affecting the safety of storage are monitored and adjusted accordingly.At present,the monitoring methods of storage environment are mainly monitored by wired or some wireless technologies.However,there may be some problems such as complex wiring,incomplete data,poor stability and security.In view of the problems existing in the current monitoring mode,combined with modern wireless sensor network technology,this paper designs a storage environment monitoring system based on ZigBee and Linux QtE(graphics library files of embedded Linux system).The system realizes the functions of acquisition,processing and feedback control of environmental parameters,thus effectively ensuring storage quality and storage safety.The components of the system are as follows:Wireless sensor network part adopts TI's second generation RF transceiver and control integrated module---CC2530.The module combines the excellent performance of advanced RF transceiver and integrates the industry standard enhanced 8051 core.The module realizes the functions of networking,data acquisition,transmission and feedback control from WSN.The core part of the system is data processing,and hardware uses Samsung Exynos4412 A9 processor.The software uses embedded Linux system software related technology,the system adopts Linux QtE's desktop free graphical interface system.The Linux serial communication is used to transfer the environmental data received by the coordinator in the wireless sensor network to the TCP multi thread server built in the system.Then the QtE interface application can be run by the migration of the graphic library files on the system.Through the interface,we can observe all kinds of monitoring directly.Environmental data.Using multi thread server to handle the connection of QtE interface application can greatly improve the response ability of the interface application.Secondly,we need to create two separate threads in the server,running the serial communication program and the camera program respectively.In the serial port communication program,the command of querying all the environment parameters is sent to the coordinator node continuously to obtain the current environmental data.The camera uses the V4L2(video for Linux two)driver to collect the video data continuously,and monitors the moving object with the high compression rate H264 video coding technology.When the moving object appears in the video picture,the mobile monitoring program will take the mobile image in the current visual frequency as the picture and save it as the picture.In the set folder.At the same time,the embedded audio tinyalsa library is transplanted to realize the automatic alarm of speech.Combined with video and audio technology,a more comprehensive and effective monitoring of storage environment safety is carried out.Finally,the test results show that the system developed in this paper can work stably for a long time and effectively ensure storage safety.The precision of all the parameters of the monitoring is within the allowable error range.The mobile image monitoring program can further ensure the storage security from the vision,and the H264 video coding technology is used to achieve the purpose of transmitting high definition video on the lower bandwidth.The whole system has achieved the expected goal in general,and it can play a role in the actual production and life.
