Industrial robot is an important mechanical device in the industrial field.It is a great help to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and develop "industrial 4.0" and "two integration".The development of industrial products has the trend of emotional development in the world.Our country needs further research and development in the emotional design of industrial robots.In order to better promote the development of industrial robots,in addition to technological innovation and breakthroughs,we need further research and development in the forefront of design.The perceptual design of industrial robots is still at the embryonic stage,and no complete and authoritative theoretical system has been formed.Further exploration is needed.By constructing perceptual image space of industrial robot and combining semantic difference method and other Kansei engineering research methods,the perceptual design elements of industrial robots are obtained by scientific and rigorous experimental methods,and the design elements are used in the practice of product design.Then,through the virtual reality experiment and physiological signal synchronization monitoring,combined with the questionnaire survey,we verify the superiority of the innovative design plan.Through the investigation and study of Kansei engineering method,the perceptual image space of industrial robot and the perceptual design elements of industrial robot are obtained,and an innovative design scheme of industrial robot is designed through the application of the perceptual design elements in the design practice.By combining the questionnaire with virtual reality and physiological signal tracking technology,it is verified that the innovative design scheme has advantages in typical samples of industrial robots.Through the research,we can sum up the scientific and rigorous perceptual design method of industrial robot based on investigation and experiment.The cross domain combination with virtual reality technology and physiological signal synchronization monitoring technology can provide more methods and ideas for industrial robot perceptual design,so that the results of experiment and design are more rigorous.It is more scientific,and it can also improve the competitiveness of industrial robot innovative design.
