With the growth of economy,the improvement of quality of life,the growing demand for material,the increasing perceptual needs of users,and their drawbacks in appearance design gradually emerge,so a scientific method is urgently needed to guide product design to meet the perceptual needs of users.Kansei Engineering can transform the user's perceptual needs into the product's specific shape features and design elements by means of engineering measurement and analysis.The lower limb rehabilitation robot provides an effective and safe rehabilitation training platform for the lower limb disabled.Through the mechanical leg,the patients can complete a large number of repeated physiological gait training,so that the patients can establish the correct movement mode in the early stage,and lay a good foundation for the normal walking in the future.In this paper,the design and research of lower limb rehabilitation robot based on Kansei Engineering are as follows:Firstly,the current situation of Kansei Engineering and lower limb rehabilitation robots at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research contents,methods and applications of Kansei engineering are summarized.The application process of Kansei engineering,the application model of Kansei Engineering and its development trend are discussed.Secondly,the classification of lower limb rehabilitation robots is introduced and their future development trend is analyzed.The user groups of lower limb rehabilitation robots are analyzed.The perceptual needs of lower limb rehabilitation robots are summarized.The perceptual images of lower limb rehabilitation robots are studied from the aspects of shape,color,material,safety,comfort and ease of operation.Finally,the lower limb rehabilitation robot is taken as the research object,then the perceptual vocabulary is collected and screened,the product samples are collected and screened,and the semantics difference method is used.The Likert psychological scale is used to measure the perceptual appearance of the lower limb rehabilitation robot,the XY scatter plot is used to evaluate the perceptual results,and the perceptual image is studied to establish the user's perceptual needs to specific design.Relevance of elements is calculated,and the final research results are applied to the design practice to provide reference and basis for the future appearance design of related products.
