In the background of "Industrial 4.0",more and more countries began to focus on the development of industrial robotics industry.China has also begun to vigorously promote the development of industrial robot from all aspects.In order to enhance the competitiveness,visibility and brand influence of domestic robots,the industry of industrial robot not only need to focus on the core technology research and breakthrough,but also the user's emotional factors need to be studied.Through the research on the perceptual cognition of the user,this paper digs out the perceptual demand of the industrial robot deeply,and obtains the design factor of the industrial robot shape based on the user's emotional image,so that the image of the industrial robot is designed to meet the user's perceptual demand.In this paper,the perceptual process of the user is studied by means of perceptual measurement techniques,including the subjective psychometric measurements of the questionnaire survey in the form of the Likert scale,and the physiological measurement based on the eye tracking technique.Through the statistical analysis of the relevant data obtained from the survey,the set of perceptual images based on user needs is obtained,and the perceptual image space is constructed.Through the design and implementation of eye movement experiments,the key features and perceptual characteristics of industrial robots are obtained.Based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the elements of industrial robot shape design based on perceptual image are extracted and presented in the form of affinity graph.Finally,the research results are applied to the design of 7-DOF flexible multi-joint industrial robots,and the sensory evaluation and verification are carried out.The morphological design elements obtained by this study can create the corresponding perceptual image and satisfy the user's perceptual demand.In this paper,the use of psychological measurement techniques and physiological measurement techniques combined research methods,flexible use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,so that the two complement each other,and the experiment is more reasonable,the results of research and analysis more scientific.Through the study of the perceptual image,the design pattern can be made closer to the user model and the design efficiency is improved.The industrial robot products designed are also more attractive and competitive.This study provides a broader approach to the design of industrial robot products and provides new reference and ideas for the research of other product form design elements.
