In recent years,the strong development momentum of intelligent manufacturing has rapidly promoted development and improvement of the machinery manufacturing industry,which has led to an increasing demand for different types of steel.In the different stages of steel production,it is essential to mark each batch of steel and accurately trace the"instant" production information of the corresponding product according to the identification information to achieve product quality supervision and continuous traceability.Therefore,the identification robot as a device for marking steel is gradually applied to large steel production enterprises.Many scholars have used Kansei engineering to study and apply the design of some machine equipments.Many researches mainly focuses on morphological elements and color research.As a kind of non-standard mechanical equipment,the marking robot is used in the production of steel and has special characteristics.On the basis of realizing the identification function,we began to consider the emotional interaction between human and machine.Using Kansei engineering as the object of emotion measurement,using semantic difference method and factor analysis method to find the emotional factors that affect users,corresponding to the design elements of the sample,the relationship between emotional factors and design elements.The purpose of this paper is to make the appearance design of the marking robot more humane and more in line with emotional needs.Based on the theory of Kansei engineering,the analogy of the existing mainstream mechanical equipment sample modeling,and the use of semantic engineering method and the analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,the analysis of product form factors.Determine the influencing of emotional factor that identifies the robot's shape,and find the correspondence between the image semantics and the morphological design elements.Determine the shape,color,and material selection of the product.Through the ergonomics,the materialized performance of the emotional design of the product form is realized.As a practical means,perceptual engineering acquires the user's perceived intention and quantifies the perceived intention.In the field of design,the fuzzy emotional is transformed into clear design details.Based on the kansei engineering,this thesis analyzes and studies the appearance modeling,color matching,human-machine coordination and simulation of the marking robot to improve the recognition of the overall appearance of the marking robot.And in the practical application of sensible engineering,it has certain innovative significance.
