With the rapid development of integrated circuit,the second current conveyor(CCII)has become an integral part of integrated circuit,it's widely used in some of the basic operation circuit,filter,and oscillator.But due to the current transmitter no electric control,so,then the second current controlled current conveyor(CCCII),digital programmable second current conveyor(DPCCII),current controlled current transconductance amplifier(CCCTA),and so on.Circuit is realized by using these devices,compared to current transmitter circuit implementation,besides with electric control,the circuit also has the overall structure is simple,passive components,and low power consumption is less.In this paper,a digital programmable current control current conveyor(DPCCCII)is implemented using a current control conveyor and a current distribution network,and the basic principles and applications of the device are studied.In this paper,the development of current mode circuits and the development of current transmitters are introduced.The current mode circuits and voltage mode circuits are compared.Then the basic principles of DPCCCII and its port characteristics are introduced and verified by PSPICE simulation software.The DPCCCII port characteristics;then,using DPCCCII as a basic unit,a basic analog operation circuit,a digitally programmable general-purpose filter,and a digitally programmable quadrature oscillator are implemented,and the basic application of DPCCCII in an analog circuit is systematically outlined.The main innovations of this article are as follows:(1)Design a CMOS digitally programmable second generation current controlled current conveyor.The MOS transistors in this circuit operate in a saturated region and have an unlimited aspect ratio(except for the aspect ratio within the transconductance loop).In order to verify the feasibility of the circuit,the theoretical analysis of the port features of the circuit and PSPICE simulation analysis,the simulation results verify the correctness of the circuit.(2)Based on DPCCCII,the basic analog circuits(digitally programmable amplifiers and digitally programmable integrators),digitally programmable universal filters and digitally programmable quadrature oscillators are implemented.The sensitivity and non-ideal factors of these circuits are analyzed.And through the PSPICE simulation software for its circuit temperature analysis,Monte Carlo analysis,the simulation results verify the feasibility of the circuit.(3)Draw the DPCCCII layout through Cadence software,and design rules check(DRC)and LVS verification of the layout,the final verification results confirm the correctness of the layout.
