As filter circuit of active components, Operational amplifier has been very much known, but the filter based on current conveyors are relatively strange. Compare with Corresponding operational amplifier, under the condition regardless of size signal, cunent conveyor circuits can offer the higher voltage gain under larger bandwidth, that's to say, larger gain bandwidth product. Because of its unique current transmission property, it can be the most basic block among the current-mode VLSI circuit. The active components circuit system consisted on current conveyor have very good role in the aspect of simplifying structure, reducing power consumption and development frequency domain etc. The filter, amplifier, oscillator etc. circuit based on it begin in mobile communication, measure field gets to put in an important position.The paper studies the theoretics and synthesis of current conveyor and filter circuit. Firstly it introduces the present state of the research of analogy integrated circuit. Simultaneously the model of bipolar junction transistor(BJT) and CMOS transistor and the basic circuit units such as current mirrors are briefly introduced; with the topology and model circuit ,the principle and feature of the CC are analyzed. The applications of the CC in the fields of the active network and signal process are synthesized. In addition, realization of analogue divider and oscillator using CC is introduced. With internationally latest studies, the paper also proposes many biquadratic filters which are capable to perform the functions of second-order low pass, high pass, band pass, band stop, all pass filtering by selecting one of the three inputs or their proper combinations without changing the circuit configuration, furthermore whose natural frequency and the quality factor can be tuned independently. Lastly a novel design for many novel n-order filters of highpass, lowpass, bandpass is presented based on the two methods of multi-loop feedback and passive RLC ladder circuit simulation. PSPICE...
