The rapid development of internet technology has greatly promoted the information process of traditional manufacturing enterprises.How to achieve rapid response and real-time monitoring of enterprises by internet technology is of great significance for reducing operation costs and improving production efficiency.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad are actively exploring the deep application of MES in production,and vigorously promoting the intelligent manufacturing system covering the whole manufacturing cycle.In this paper,the manufacturing execution system for sapphire crystal furnace was developed,and the monitoring and control of the operation state of the enterprise was realized.Firstly,the architecture and core functions of the manufacturing execution system for sapphire crystal furnace are systematically designed in this paper.Based on the core requirements of the enterprise,the problems of the system monitoring target,data transmission,storage and management are analyzed,and the functional modules of each system architecture are designed.Secondly,the multi task scheduling problem for sapphire crystal furnace is studied.From the point of view of the enterprise manager,the core factors that affect the benefit of the enterprise are analyzed,the average crystallization time and the average crystallization cost are extracted and the multi task scheduling model is constructed.Then the multi task scheduling model is simplified according to the actual situation.After comparing the optimization algorithms,the basic genetic algorithm is used to carry out single objective optimization.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elitist strategy is used for multi-objective optimization and the corresponding solution is given.Thirdly,the manufacturing execution system for sapphire crystal furnace has been realized in this paper.In terms of device level,Mitsubishi Q series PLC is used to collect device level data.The communication protocol between PLC and server is analyzed,meanwhile PLC's acquisition and monitoring of device data is realized.In the server layer,the design method of the relational database is studied and the SQL database and the server resident program under the Windows environment are developed.In the terminal layer,the field control software and remote monitoring terminal are designed and developed based on the MVC architecture,and the real-time control of the production information is realized.Finally,a specific case of sapphire crystallization task is given.In this paper,the basic genetic algorithm is used to solve the single objective problem first,then the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elitist strategy is applied to solve the multi-objective solution,and the results are compared and analyzed.At the same time,the performance of the cloud server of manufacturing execution system is tested.The experimental results show that the system can monitor the operation information of multi devices in real time,and has good carrying capacity.It verifies the stability and reliability of the manufacturing execution system for sapphire crystal furnace in the long time working state of multi tasks.
