In recent years,the rapid development of the concept construction of "Industry 4.0" in our country and the overall improvement of the informatization level of manufacturing enterprises have become the primary tasks for realizing this strategic goal.However,at this stage,most of the discrete electronic products manufacturing enterprises in our country produce a great variety of products.There are many kinds of artificial products,the statistical error of the connection between the processes and the production time of each other,forced enterprises to adopt modern information technology to improve the traditional way of workshop management.Through analyzing the information management technology of electronic industry production workshop at home and abroad,a practical and effective MES intelligent management of the workshop production system was designed.First,it designed a IOCP socket server connect with database and shop client to complete the workshop operating processes,mission distribution and real-time information upgrade.It also designed the remote wireless update client program and Boot Loader program based on the WIFI and CAN bus,suitable for high-volume remote wireless terminal program update.Using C# as development language,workshop management client software based on.NET Framework 4.1 to realize real-time monitoring of production data,intelligently scheduling work orders,employee business process,historical record reporting.It also provides a set of Intelligent analysis system,providing intuitive hints for plant management and decision making.According to the current status of electronic production workshop,the groups are grouped by group technology,a priority scheduling algorithm based on Petrov-Hamm algorithm is designed.A hybrid preferential scheduling model based on the order status and the actual situation of the machine is designed,which greatly reduces the impact of regular scheduling constraints and greatly reduces the waiting time and other non-processing strategy and the development of artificial factors,effectively raising the production efficiency.The design of MES shop management system based on the first priority of electronic products has a good reference for the electronic enterprise's informationization.
