Design And Implementation Of Workshop Production Plan Management System

With the rapid development of the manufacturing technology of low voltage electricalappliances, the implementation of Quality Management System, as well as the constantdevelopment of new products and even continued expanding of product ranges, newrequirements of technology, quality and management have been put forward on the productionand the whole process. However, the existing management information system is lack of acomplete workshop management module, or function of weak, which cannot monitor the entireproduction process in workshop effectively. In order to improve the management level of theworkshop production operation and the efficiency, it is essential to establish a productionscheduling management system that could meet modern management requirements. How tobuild a production management system, which is highly efficient, low-cost and suitable forenterprise, has become a problem urgent to be solved.Start from the existing problems on production management in the workshop of Changshuswitchgear MFG Co., Ltd., this article has researched mainly on design and development ofproduction scheduling management system based on Client/Server structure (C/S). This articlehas stated the development background of the system and determined the characteristics ofproduction scheduling management system, as well as the main problems to be solved throughdetailed demand analysis. This system mainly includes various productions schedulingmanagement module, such as the system settings, initialization, planning, dispatchingmanagement and production process control etc. Finally, some representative modules of thedetailed design and implementation are described.Production scheduling management system based on C/S is proved efficient after operationsand realizes the data sharing and fast query. It is advantageous for the enterprise to takecorresponding measurements and enhance the enterprise operation efficiency.
