The archives contain valuable records of the country and the people.The length of the data is directly related to the environmental quality of the archives.Traditional warehouse management adopts the mode of manual management,which is inefficient and often fails to supervise.With the rapid development of computer technology and the comprehensive application of network,some software applications in the market based on PC are introduced to monitor the storage environment.But these application software functions are relatively simple,and installed on a fixed warehouse PC machine.They also need people to be on duty.Due to geographical and time constraints,they lack the flexibility and real-time performance of management,which do not meet the needs of mobile office nowadays.The emergence of the Android system is a good solution to this problem.In order to meet the needs of modern archives management,a mobile archives repository management system based on Android platform is designed and researched by using Android mobile technology.The system runs under the Internet environment and mobile platform,and can access the server anytime and anywhere.It is real-time and flexible in use.Based on the above requirements,this paper designs the environment monitoring system of the mobile file storehouse.The system uses Socket network programming to realize the real-time communication between the client and the server.The system can monitor the temperature,humidity,ozone concentration,dust concentration and other environmental conditions in the archives in real time after successful client login.The administrator can see the historical environmental data and alarm log information of each archive repository through the UI interface of the mobile phone,and export the generated annual reports,monthly reports and daily reports in the form of Excel files to backup and save in the external storage devices.At the same time,we can intuitively understand the trend of the data in the archives according to the trend of the annual curve,the monthly curve and the daily curve.When the environment is abnormal in the warehouse,the server sends an alarm message to the client.In addition to receiving a warning notification,the client will make a voice alarm at the same time.After that,the administrator can choose to start telephone alarm,SMS alarm,mailbox alarm or QQ alarm to send the alarm content to other relevant personnel to make a secondary alarm.Because this system is a mobile application software developed on the basis of Android platform,compared with the traditional archives repository environment monitoring system,the system is not limited by location and time,and it is more convenient and flexible to use.The system has the characteristics of good real time,high reliability,good security and good expansibility,and realizes the mobile,informationization and network monitoring and management of the warehouse environment.This system is based on the C/S structure model,using SQLServer as the database server,Java as the programming language,and running under the environment of Eclipse.The overall design and implementation of the system is divided into the background server and the reception mobile APP.After many tests,the system runs stably and the functions are normal.It can realize the real-time monitoring and abnormal alarm of the archive storehouse environment,and meet the design requirements.
