With the continuous progress of industrialization and urbanization,the government and people's awareness of the environment is getting higher and higher.The environmental protection departments attach great importance to the development of environment.In response to building environment-friendly society,setting up an environmental monitoring platform to improve the efficiency of environmental monitoring becomes the necessity.Based on the background analysis of environmental monitoring and latest monitoring systems,the problems of the existing systems are found.Aiming at these problems and demand,a set of complete environmental monitoring system design scheme is proposed.The platform has the three-layer architecture of Internet of Things,Cloud Platform and Web Services,which provides good scalability and strong ease of use.In this paper,the functional and non-functional requirements of the environmental monitoring cloud service platform and the mobile system are analyzed in detail.Then,the platform architecture is designed according to the requirements.The platform adopts the efficient architecture design.It uses the Spring framework,Spring MVC framework,Play framework and optimized front-end design,back-end design and database query technology.At the same time,both Web and mobile applications are provided with friendly interactive design to bring convenience for users.In this paper,a complete system testing strategy is developed and functional tests are carried out according to the test cases while non-functional tests are carried out to be effective.Finally,the platform is applied to the environmental monitoring platform of Wuhan city and the actual operation results show that the platform meets the design requirements.In addition,the research results of this paper meet the main requirements of the current environmental monitoring work and contribute to the development of environmental protection.
