Analysis On The Imbalance Of Book Copyright Trades Between China And Vietnam

Up to now,whether the period of domination by northern invaders or independent periods,despite sometimes due to influences of wars but as long as conflicts stopped the relationship between Vietnam and China recovered quickly.Under the long-term history,Chinese-Vietnamese diplomatic relations,economy,cultural exchanges always maintained,therein cultural exchanges and cooperations have occupied an important position in relations of the two country.Cultural exchanges,especially activities on book publishing industries,develop the mutual understanding,mutual penetrations,learning together on the one hand,making a contribution to Vietnamese cultural industries on the other hand.Basically,cultural exchanges of states and states are often bidirectional,however under some specific aspects there are some imbalance phenomenons that main causes could be sourced from the various policies on culture,different language and culture,unlike patterns on economic development of each country.Since 1991,after the normalization of Chinese-Vietnamese diplomatic relations,communications and exchanges on culture have improved gloriously with a bigger and bigger scale that helps the area of publishing industries to gain a considerable achievement.In recent years,there has been a rapid development of Vietnamese book copyright trades,however,in comparison with China,the local business on copyrights still existed some big gaps.Issues of the imbalance on book copyright trades between China and Vietnam come from many factors on government,language and culture,technology..of the two nation.Book and printing are one kind of trans-cultural communication and the business of book copyrights is one kind of cultural exportation.Along with the fast development of market economy,international exchanges and communications increased day by day,Chinese and Vietnamese trades on book copyrights have become a necessary element in mutual activities between two countries.Unfortunately,from the early 1990s,as a normalized interaction period,Vietnam always introduced features of Chinese book copyrights whether under the time of copyright exchanges or the time of copyright trades,in other words,there has been a lot of unbalance aspects among Chinese-Vietnamese book publishing industries,particularly the book copyright exchanges and trades.This research analyses the issue generally as well as suggests some solutions to improve the phenomenon.
