With China's entering into the WTO, China's publication industry has gradually been assimilated into the international market, so the book copyright trades have been very important for the domestic publication industry. Through more than 10 years' development, the Hunan book copyright trades have gained substantial improvements, the imports and exports of the book copyrights have increased sharply,and the number of the interactive countries involving in the books copyright cooperation has been on the rise, and they are gradually becoming the important components of the domestic book copyright trades markets. But the overall status quo of the domestic book copyright trades is not encouraging, especially for such a big publication province as Hunan, the status quo is discouraging, with respect to regulative systems of administrative departments of the copyrights as well as all the aspects of the publicizing management units, Which is now severely restricting the fast and enduring development of the Hunan publication industry. So this thesis is dedicated to the all-around and systematic analysis and research of Hunan book copyrights trades, seeking problems it has in its development process and put forward a feasible development tactics. Hopefully it will bring about some inspiration for the development of Hunan book copyright trade.This thesis mainly concerns the Hunan book copyright trades, putting the contemporary conditions of Hunan book copyright trades into the backdrop of domestic ones in order to analyze it practically. The major thread of this thesis is that, first, analyzing wholly the overall Hunan book copyright trades conditions, the overall conditions of Hunan publication industry as well as the development process of Hunan book copyright trade.
