| During the social transformation period in China,the social and cultural values and social mentality are undergoing profound changes.In this stage,the public is extremely vulnerable to insecurity.According to the research report on social psychology in China(2017),the overall social security is low and the overall social mood is at a sensitive and volatile stage.The arrival of the mobile Internet era has added to this unease.Represented by WeChat social media has the mass communication,group communication,personal communication "envelops spread" features of blends,"strong connection" and "weak link" mixed,in the period of social transition of specific public events often become a hotbed of rumors spread,it is because of the complexity of the transmission WeChat rumors of governance and self purification of difficulty is very big.At present,the rumor of WeChat is becoming more and more serious,and the types and characteristics of WeChat rumor also show certain regularity.Based on the analysis of WeChat rumors in the last three years,this paper analyzes the text content of the sample,and concludes that the security of personal safety,food safety and property safety is the "disaster area" of WeChat rumor.Security has always been a people,the most talked about things in the illicit close sex strong WeChat platform,the public security concerns,directly or indirectly reflected in the process of the spread of rumors,rumors WeChat brings out the credibility is high,the intermediary effect is remarkable.This study selected the larger public opinion influence of two 2017 rumors "cotton pork floss rumours" and "male Ann district rumor","process-events" analysis of two rumors spread process is analyzed,and combined with the analysis of the case back questionnaire,it is concluded that the evolution of the two rumors and diffusion respectively are closely associated with fear,anger and other emotions,rumors WeChat project is a kind of social mentality and social stress reaction.On the basis of case analysis,we find out the general rule of WeChat rumor propagation,and summarize the "three-level" evolution and diffusion mode of WeChat rumor.Study further discusses the social and psychological motivation behind the micro believe rumors,found that the public anxiety,panic,anger and other emotions are associated with the psychological mechanism of "biased absorb","partial absorption" in micro letter "strong relationship" network has a very powerful influence,it encourages micro letter rumors of text content and form continuously evolved,to awaken the public's collective memory,group public opinion resonance,make the public in a short period of time to focus on a particular event,causing public opinion storm.For micro letter rumors spread rule,should pay attention to grasp the rumor spread rumours that time node,spread in the "triple" evolution of each node,make appropriate reaction,express the fact,the reason,then report the results and timely follow up;Choose to spread the rumor path,make good on its own platform to refute the rumor,and pay attention to the role of traditional media such as TV and radio in the rumors of WeChat.According to the principle of "secondary control",the interpretative control of WeChat rumor is made.We should enhance the scientific rationality and communication rationality of the public,constantly improve relevant laws and regulations,and expand channels of communication.This study is divided into six parts: the introduction part introduces the research background and the basis of the topic selection,and summarizes the rumor research literature at home and abroad according to the generation,dissemination and governance.Representative of the first chapter is mainly based on three years rumours micro letter sample analysis indicates that the main types of micro believe rumors,rumors will be carried out in accordance with the text classification,based on the analysis of micro believe rumors spread the credibility of the strong,the possibility of large transmission characteristics and themes and text characteristic obvious;2017 in the second chapter in the influential two rumors of the media "cotton pork floss rumours" and "male Ann district rumors" to "process-event analysis",and combinedwith the analysis of the case back questionnaire,analysis of the evolution of micro believe rumors and diffusion process;The third chapter further analyzes the mechanism of WeChat rumor evolution and diffusion,and obtains the three-level diffusion model of WeChat rumor.The fourth chapter analyzes the psychological and social motivations behind WeChat rumor.The fifth chapter puts forward the choice of the time and path of WeChat rumors,and puts forward some measures to improve people's scientific literacy and improve their rational communication ability from the perspective of the public. |
