Today,the proliferation of health rumors in the WeChat receives more and more attention.When the mobile social network,especially WeChat,the largest platform in China's social class,transforms traditional social model of chain or cluster propagation into tree-like or radiately spread.Meanwhile,due to the needs of the people at the lowest level,these rumors are more likely to trigger public panic and anxiety of public and personal health.Health rumors have become social issues that cannot be ignored.These rumors seriously polluted the Internet,disrupted public order and caused much health or property damage to some ordinary people and their families.Although more and more third-party authorities refute these rumors in organization,WeChat users are still plagued by health rumors.The increasing demand for scientific health information is in contrast to the desire for effective satisfaction.Based on the WeChat platform,this article takes the dissemination of health rumors as research obj ect,uses the 2015-2017 representative health rumors as research samples.The article uses text analysis,literature research and other methods to briefly review the development of health communication and make a basic statement of the status quo of health rumors dissemination.Through the analysis of the basic characteristics,the factors influencing the spread of such rumors were summed up.The questionnaires and in-depth interviews of audiences and communicators analyzed as supplement and intensification.The article believes that health rumors which pierced audiences' attention,pain points and knowledge blind spots,with Visualization of textual expressions,or communicators have social influences will have further proliferation.
