Research On The Prevention And Control Of Wechat Rumors From The Self Media Age

In the era of the media, everyone has the right to speak, everyone could become a leading discourse, everyone may become people’s follower. WeChat as a media platform, is also the spread of rumors breeding ground. WeChat rumors have a great influence in the media age, it harms the interests of the public, while disrupting the economic order and social order, and even endanger the ruling foundation of communist party of China and the government.This article uses the method such as literature research, case analysis, interdisciplinary research and so on to study the WeChat rumor control. Rumors are affected by the characteristics of WeChat, will produce a new change. The spread of the relationship between WeChat and the spread of the rumors, suggesting the importance of the content of the rumors, leading to the "herding" and the convergence of behavior; the "Lord I" to the "guest I" in the spread of the model from WeChat has become an important factor in the breeding of rumors; the point to point of interpersonal communication, circle to circle model of group communication with spread rumors of natural environment, easily lead to breed rumors; WeChat’s mass communication effect is limited, is not conducive to the rumors of self clarification. WeChat rumors of breeding and dissemination is affected by the social environment, WeChat communication features, and the spread in the field of government, non government organizations, three public subject of prevention and control for the poor. Because the social environment and characteristics of micro channel is objective existence, avoid government and non government social organizations and the public in the prevention and control of WeChat rumors on their own business, and enhance their cooperation has become the key to the prevention and control of WeChat rumors.To prevent and control WeChat rumors, we must start from the perspective of governance theory, adhere to the law of governance, seek win-win, accountability, control idea of collaborative cooperation; improve the legal and regulatory system construction, clear the government, non-governmental organizations, public three party in the prevention and control of the different responsibilities of the node, building three party coordination prevention and control model; constructing correct social value system, and we need to establish the protection mechanism of the three party cooperation.
