Study On Human Rights Report Of Xinhua News Agency Under The Framework Theory

The human rights issue is never a question that can be clearly stated in one sentence,but a process that needs to be started,developed and improved.The theory of human rights originated from western liberalism and should in theory be universal concept Shared by all mankind.However,history has proved that human rights issues are still complicated,which is reflected in the tendency,attitude and viewpoints of national news reports.The reason is that human rights exists particularity and are affected by many objective and subjective factors.Therefore,we need the concerted efforts of all countries in the world to gradually develop the human rights theory and eliminate the barriers between countries and nations,so as to jointly create a more harmonious international environment.The attitude of human rights directly reflected in the news report,the particularity of human rights cause directly to discuss human rights issues big and empty,so might as well as news reports of human rights as the research object to observe the attitude of human rights.Xinhua news agency,as the state news agency,has some influence on the international community,so it is more representative and operable to study the news articles of Xinhua news agency.This paper first discusses what is human rights,human rights how to construct socialism with Chinese characteristics and research,finally,the human rights report of Xinhua news agency is studied.According to the construction of human rights in China to take the new historical period,human rights,human rights theory should be decided by the particularity of does not have copied western with Chinese characteristics,human rights results show depend on the news media,domestic research on human rights report is still blank,Xinhua news agency as the national media reported how the idea of human rights,to complement thesis framework.This article uses literature research,case study,comparative study and other methods to empirical research,the official Xinhua news agency reported human rights through the framework theory show the Xinhua news agency reported on human rights discourse have advantages also have insufficient,hope the conclusion can for the reference of the Xinhua news agency and other media news of human rights,and human rights in China construction and news propaganda on the fusion of help,help the general public to more to make the right judgment and interpretation of human rights.
