Design And Development Of Urban Expansion System Based On ArcEngine

In the field of city planning,ecological red line role is not only an important means of ecological protection,but also become the starting point of multi gauge coordination between departments,so the management of the ecological red delineation technology is also put forward higher requirements.How to identify and maintain the security pattern of basic ecosystem services,how to automatically generate red lines,and can flexibly modify the calculation parameters for different cities and counties has become the key.This paper mainly summarizes the existing methods through the delineation of ecological red line,analysis of the ecological red line delineated cases at home and abroad,developed a set of ArcEngine system based on city expansion,including the feasibility to system development and implementation of the corresponding document.This system uses VS2010 as the development platform,based on the ARCGIS framework,carries on the ArcEngine two development,realizes through the input related data,automatically recognizes,produces the city ecology red line,and divides the grade.To provide scientific and effective reference data for urban expansion.The ecological red line measurement algorithm is developed by the system.The algorithm uses block image processing,so memory usage is very small.As the system has the function of data preprocessing,compressing the source data type makes the computing speed greatly improved.In the aspect of commonality,the system is versatile and flexible because the system has been modified for all parameters in the calculation process.
