Research On Ecological Governance Of Anonymous Network Based On Geographic Information

It has changed the basic characteristic of the traditional social network since anonymous social network appeared. Anonymous social network draws great population because it makes people discard the shackles of impression and moral restraint. But it has also brought a lot of problems about personal privacy and pornography while people enjoy the freedom of expression and the equality on network.How to supervision anonymous social network negative information, and guide ecological network healthy development has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article focus on Secret and Sina Weibo, we collect the data by crawlers and statistical analysis to find out the difference in emotional tendencies, text themes, user characteristics and other aspects of social network between anonymity and traditional social network. On this basis, we explain the reasons for those problems from perspective of social psychology.We analysis the current policy for social network information management from institutional and technical, combined with the characteristics of the information which spreads under anonymous network. We point out the shortcomings of the current information management policy. And we proposed some strategies in institutional and technical to manage the information under the anonymous social network.Finally, we based on the android platform to achieve the strategies we proposed earlier and analysis the location data acquisition, information auditing, image feature vector calculation and calculate the range of information. After that, we invite users to test the effectiveness of the system, the result shows that the anonymous information auditing system can work in managing the information spread, and make the anonymous social network ecosystem more healthy.
