Abstract In the fast development of the economy today, people are not only in constant pursuit of economic growth, but they also gradually hope to improve the living environment. For example, it has taken a series of green protection measures (establishment of protected forest green construction, ecological public welfare, etc.). This is to improve the surrounding environment and save endangered wildlife, so that humanity can continue to live in a colorful world. It has an important and long-term significance.On the basis of various computing technologies, this article mainly illustrates the conclusion about developing an ecological public welfare forest management system. First, the article is directed to the currently used forestry management systems and on some analyses and comparisons. It selects the most practical functions among them and obtains a scientific and rational system. It also unfolds step by step the design of the concrete function and will give a conclusion about its future development.Through the acquisition and the various types of ecological public welfare forest related information data, and after data integration and data analysis, the ecological public welfare forest management system according to different needs for forestry workers at all levels-obtained the data analysis report.Based on the required analysis of ecological public welfare forest management system this article unfolds a large number of comparative research, and it discusses and analyses the different situations of requirements that may appear, thus a reasonable conclusion can be expected. Finally, the scientific analysis leads to a design, which makes the ecological public welfare forest system play an important role.This article starts the analysis by looking at the specific characteristics of the data on the ecological public welfare forest management system. Base on the requirement of an ecological public welfare forest management system, using the research data on the forest resources collected in the recent years as an information basis, and using the J2EE and structure ArcGISEngine9.2 space engine, a three layer structure is developed, and the ecological public welfare forest multiple data is stored and administered.The multiple data here mainly refers to the forestry space, attribute database, forestry information and other relevant data information. System design aims at the focuses of ecological public welfare forest resource based data survey, dynamic monitoring management of ecological public welfare forest resources, forest management, the construction of ecological public welfare forest (i.e., job design Lin) and the acceptance check.This makes our forestry business units at all levels more convenient for ecological public welfare forest data management. The application of the system include the collection of the information on the forest resources, the dynamic regulation and auxiliary decision-making of forestry information. The system is datamized, and possess the functionality of supporting an optimized choice decision and visualizations. By taking into consideration of the extensibility of software in the future, as well as upgrade and compatibility, the system differentiates the plug-ins by the various functional modules with each plug-in corresponding to the function of each software, and each widget has good portability.Considering the fact that most people using the operating system are the ground-level working staffs, the system has a simple and friendly interface with Chinese, with easy-to-learn characteristics.
