Study On Exploitation And Utilization Of Audio Visual Archives Resources About The Civilians Memory

Audio and video archives as an important member of the archives system,because the history of the people close to the history of social democratization in line with the development needs of the process of becoming a civilian class of interpretation of their own memory of the best carrier,A large number of family photo files,folk music recordings and civil independent documentary records and other archives together constitute a civilian memory under the vision of audio and video archives resources,Through the development and utilization of the resources to make it serve the community,can achieve the dissemination of civilian memory and heritage,to build the civilian class of non-official discourse,from the details of the fullness of the grand history,so that the real return of social memory civilian.This paper takes full account of the reality that individual values are increasingly manifested and the demands of marginal vulnerable groups based on the background of building a socialist harmonious society.Based on the theory and practice of audiovisual archives,This paper discusses the concept,composition,distribution and significance of the development and utilization of audio and video archives in the view of civilian memory,and discusses the restrictive facto in its development,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and the scheme of "civilian memory engineering" Design to plan for future development in this area.This paper,made of five chapters:consists of introduction,body and conclusion.Chapter I:"audio and video files and civilian memory" This chapter mainly analyzes the evolution of the concept of audio and video archives,the new concept of digital background;collective memory,social memory and the development of civilian memory;Civilians memory,etc.,on the audio and video files and civilian memory given the thinking of this article.Chapter II is entitled "Overview of the development and utilization of audio and video archives resources in the view of civilian memory" mainly defines the concept,resource distribution,development and utilization of subjects,objects and so on,which are based on the memory of civilians.Chapter III:"Exploitation and utilization of audio and video archives resources in the view of civilian memory" from the civilian memory curing,This chapter interpretation and heritage of three dimensions to break down the development and utilization of audio and video resources significance.Chapter Ⅳ:" Restrictive Factors of Exploitation and Utilization of Audio-visual Archives Resources in the View of Civic Memory" analyzes the main factors,the object and the environment in the development and utilization of audio and video archives in the view of civilian memory.Chapter Ⅴ:"Suggestions on Strengthening the Development and Utilization of Audio-visual Archives Resources from the Perspective of Civic Memory " Mainly on the civilian population under the visual field of audio and video archives resources development and utilization of the basis and how to solve the constraints given the corresponding countermeasures and the "civilian memory" project design.Since the late Qing Dynasty audio and video technology has been introduced into our country,the study of audio and video archives is mostly confined to its physical management and digital work.In the 1950s,with the loosening of our authoritarianism and the development of audio and video technology,This paper analyzes the concept,distribution,development and utilization of its audio and video resources,and puts forward the theoretical reference points in order to draw the attention of the audiovisual archivists and researchers.With the level of humanistic care to achieve the value of audio and video archives resources for the overall development of China’s archives efforts.
